There isn't a single house built by Cory that I don't fall in love with! Each home is different and has it's own character and charm! That made it so hard to choose just one! The homes I viewed by Cory aren't the typical cookie cutter homes you see in most neighborhoods! They each have their own style and appeal! I love that my house doesn't look like anyone else's in the neighborhood, so if I ever go to sell it will be an easy sell! The lots he selects are definitely first choice! I am in love with my home! We love our Cory Herring home. I looked at a lot of houses by different builders and loved all of Cory's houses. We looked at his different floor plans and found the one that fit us perfectly. We love the open kitchen/family room concept. The fireplace is just gorgeous. We were able to pick the colors of tile, granite, brick and rock. Love how it all came together. Grass, sprinkler system, and landscaping added to the ease of moving in. We are enjoying our new house and have put rockers on our covered porch. Cory was friendly and helpful and had great ideas. We've been in the house for about a month and are really enjoying it more every day. Can't think Cory enough for making this experience so stress free. So proud of our home!! Cory is so easy to work with and bent over backwards to insure we were happy with our house. He moved our house to the head of the line so that we could close on time and we are extremely happy with the quality and value of our home. In 14 days Deion and I get to close on our new house! When we started building we didn't think we would have a home that was ready to live in before we got married - but then we found Cory. He and his crew have been an absolute pleasure to work with and have exceeded all of our expectations so far! He told us he could build quickly and still maintain quality. Deion and I were a little skeptical at first so we started going to the house at least 3 times a week to "inspect" his work. Now we go by almost every day just because it is exciting to watch the progress. We couldn't be happier to be building a home together and we're thrilled we chose Cory.
